Locked out of your vehicle
Share the make, model, year, key situation and live location. The available access approach and its limitations are assessed before assistance is confirmed.

The key situation changes the response
Vehicle access systems differ. A key locked inside, lost key, damaged key, flat key-fob battery or suspected electronic fault should not be treated as the same problem.
Key visible inside
Explain where the key is located and whether any door or boot is partly open.
Key lost or damaged
Access assistance may not replace key cutting, programming or immobilizer work.
Electronic access fault
Share dashboard behavior, key-fob response and any available spare key information.
Confirm ownership and urgency
Vehicle access should only proceed with appropriate authorization. Tell the dispatcher if a child, vulnerable person, pet or immediate safety hazard is involved so emergency services can be considered without delay.

Vehicle identification
Have suitable identification and proof of authority available.
Exact access point
Share parking level, gate, basement, roadside or security access details.
Vehicle specification
Send make, model and year because access systems vary.
No absolute damage guarantee
The method and limitations must be assessed for the specific vehicle.
Four checks before access
Describe the key issue
Locked inside, lost, broken or not responding.
Confirm the vehicle
Provide make, model, year and authorization.
Assess access
Location and vehicle system guide the available approach.
Complete or redirect
If specialist key work is required, the limitation is explained.

Unlocking is not the same as key repair
A lockout technician first identifies whether access assistance is suitable. Key cutting, transponder programming, immobilizer diagnosis and damaged lock repair are separate specialist tasks and should not be promised as part of a standard unlock request.
Mechanical lockout
A key may be visible inside while the vehicle remains otherwise functional. Vehicle design still determines the approach.
Flat key-fob battery
Some vehicles have a manual emergency procedure. Follow verified vehicle guidance rather than forcing access.
Lost or broken key
Access may solve only part of the problem. A replacement or programmed key may still be required.
Electrical or immobilizer fault
If the vehicle recognizes no key or has a broader electrical issue, roadside diagnosis or towing may be more appropriate.

What affects the quote
Vehicle model and year, key situation, access point, location and urgency all affect the service assessment.
When towing may be needed
If access is gained but the vehicle cannot start, steer or move safely, towing is a separate next step.
Why authorization matters
Appropriate proof protects the owner and ensures access is not attempted without permission.

Check the vehicle before leaving
Once access is complete, confirm that the door, glass, seal, handle and locking response appear normal. Entry assistance does not resolve a damaged lock, failed actuator, missing key or immobilizer fault.
- Retrieve the key and confirm it belongs to the vehicle
- Check the door and window edge for visible change
- Test locking only when the key remains accessible
- Arrange locksmith, dealer or recovery help if the vehicle still cannot be used safely
Use the service that matches the fault
Before the technician arrives
Do I need to prove ownership
Appropriate identification and authority to access the vehicle should be available.
Can every vehicle be opened the same way
No. Vehicle design, security systems and the key situation affect the possible method.
Can you guarantee zero damage
An absolute guarantee is not appropriate before the vehicle and access conditions are assessed.
What if the key is lost
Unlocking and replacement key programming are different services. Explain whether the key is lost, broken or locked inside.
What if a child or pet is inside
Treat immediate danger as an emergency and contact the appropriate emergency services without delay.
