Before confirming vehicle assistance
Service Terms
These terms explain the practical basis on which recovery, towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and related requests are assessed and confirmed.
Important: a website page, telephone conversation, or WhatsApp message is a request for assessment. A service is confirmed only when the actual vehicle, location, access, destination, suitable method, availability, and quotation have been agreed.
About these terms
These Service Terms apply to requests made through CarRecoveryDubaiUAE.com or its displayed contact routes. “We”, “us”, and “the operator” refer to the operator using the trading name Car Recovery Dubai UAE. These terms do not invent a registered entity, physical office, certification, insurer relationship, or guaranteed capability.
Your written quotation or job confirmation may include service-specific details. If it conflicts with general wording on the website, ask for the discrepancy to be resolved in writing before authorising the job.
Service assessment and availability
Recovery and transport requirements differ by vehicle and location. Before accepting a request, the team may need the vehicle make and model, condition, live location, destination, photographs, key availability, wheel and steering condition, ground clearance, access restrictions, and incident details.
Availability depends on suitable equipment, driver availability, traffic, road and site conditions, permissions, safety, vehicle weight and dimensions, and the requested destination. A service name on the website does not guarantee that every vehicle or situation can be handled.
Your authority and information
By requesting or authorising a service, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have lawful authority to arrange its recovery, access, transport, storage, or handover. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for obtaining any building, parking, police, auction, insurer, owner, or receiving-facility permission that applies to the job.
Tell the team about known hazards or limitations, including accident instability, fuel or fluid leaks, damaged suspension, locked wheels, missing keys, electric-vehicle concerns, restricted parking, basement heights, narrow access, modifications, or loose parts.
Quotations and price changes
A quotation should reflect the information available when it is given. Relevant factors can include distance, vehicle size and condition, equipment, access, loading difficulty, waiting time, tolls, storage, destination requirements, and additional personnel.
If the actual vehicle, location, access, condition, route, or requested work materially differs from what was disclosed, the method and quotation may need to be reassessed before work continues. Any additional charge should be explained and agreed rather than assumed.
Arrival and completion estimates
Any arrival, journey, or completion time is an estimate unless a specific written commitment states otherwise. Traffic, road restrictions, dispatch position, weather, authority instructions, access, breakdowns, and the needs of an active recovery can affect timing. Keep yourself and passengers in a safe lawful position while waiting and follow emergency-authority instructions.
Safe access and the right to pause
The driver or recovery operator may pause, change, or decline work where the proposed method appears unsafe, unlawful, outside equipment limits, likely to damage property, or dependent on specialist equipment or permission that is not available. This can include unstable accident scenes, dangerous traffic positions, fire or battery hazards, structural access concerns, unverified attachment points, or vehicles exceeding disclosed size or weight.
Vehicle condition and loading
Existing damage, visible condition, loose components, tyre and wheel condition, and disclosed mechanical limitations may be recorded before loading where practical. Recovery of a damaged, immobilised, lowered, locked-wheel, or incomplete vehicle may involve risks that do not exist in normal driving. The method should be discussed before authorisation where those risks are material.
Remove cash, documents, valuables, and unsecured personal property before handover. Tell the team about any item that cannot be removed.
Destination, handover, and third parties
You are responsible for giving an accurate destination and ensuring that the receiving person or facility is authorised and available. Workshops, storage facilities, auction sites, insurers, police yards, and building management may apply their own access, release, opening-hour, payment, and documentation rules.
Insurance assistance means helping coordinate recovery information, documents, destination instructions, or handover. It does not mean that we approve a claim, act as an insurer, guarantee reimbursement, or control an insurer’s decision.
Cancellations, waiting, and payment
Any cancellation, call-out, waiting, toll, storage, or additional-work charge must be disclosed or agreed for the relevant request; this page does not invent a universal fee. If plans change, contact the team as soon as possible so dispatch and any reasonable cost already incurred can be discussed.
The accepted payment method and timing should be stated in the quotation or confirmation. Ask for a receipt or written payment confirmation.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law. Responsibility for a specific loss depends on the facts, the agreed service, disclosed vehicle condition, instructions, causation, and applicable law. Raise any damage or service concern promptly and retain photographs, messages, the quotation, payment record, and handover information.
Privacy
Contact, vehicle, location, and service information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp or email.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction that applies to the particular service and parties. The effective date should be revised when a material change is published.
